I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic with a beautiful night view of the city. The rooms were clean and felt luxurious. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, as it wasn't particularly warm and friendly. Additionally, my belongings were stolen from the room, which was a major downside. Overall, the hotel is great for its location and room quality, but the service and safety issues really need improvement.
